Headphone Jacks

I want to bring my own headphones to my first SQ flight and need to know if the headphone jack is a regular 3.5mm or a double 3.5mm in economy class. Can someone help me?

I'll fly FFM-SIN, SIN-SYD and back in early February.

I seem to recall always having to use the two-pronged adapter for my Bose QC.

It's definitely the two-pronged 3.5mm plugs.
