Hi, I will be traveling to LHR and back in a couple of weeks in J on the A380. Since the only meat I eat is chicken, I thought it would be a good idea to BTC. But if they have something good on the standard menu, will they have an extra meal for me or will I have no other option except my pre reserved meal? Apologies for the noobish question

Incidentally... who controls the doneness of the BTC steaks - cabin crew or the caterer?

My steaks had varied from rare to overdone leather.
