SQ F T3 Check in operating hours

I read in the TPR thread that the F check in lounge in T3 have limited operating hours, is this correct?

This service is available daily from 5.30 am to 1.45 am (the following morning) at Terminal 2 and 5.30 am to 12.45 am (the following morning) at Terminal 3.
