PPS Question??

I have attained my PPS for the 3rd year running now and every year that I re qualify I have a battle to get my replacement card and renewal gift. I always end up sending emails, speaking to the local office and sometimes calling SQ in Singapore Directly. I am not sure what all the fuss is about as I have never seen any increase in service levels on the ground or in the air therefore can anyone tell me whatthe difference is? What does PPS actually stand for???

May I ask you where is your location? I know that each region has its own PPS Coordinator. My exs who moved to NZ since last year, never been contacted by SQ PPS Coordinator for NZ/Australia region. Did not get b'day present. Did not received diary nor calendar.

well finally today I received my PPS renewal card for 07/08 with the gift and luggage tags. I must say though that I dont really like the brown leather, or is it vinyl tags, much prefer the plastic ones personally

I will gladly swap my plastic tags fot your lesther ones. Admidely all my plastic ones are broken.

Yes, please please let that be so!

My PPS requalification kit arrived not too long ago with the hard plastic cases, so if they have moved to leather again it is very recent, or localized.
