Has anyone been tracking this at all ?. By that I mean the corresponding price of a barrel in relation to the surcharge going up.
The reason I ask is I just saw a news bulletin that made a point of stressing that oil is today at $53 a barrel, down from it's high of just over $80. That is quite a drop!.
Can we expect a reduction in due course, or am I dreaming...
