Just compared the latest inflight catalogues of 3 airlines: SQ, CX, GA.
Found that prices on SQ is generally higher.
On some items, it can be as much as 10% over the prices on CX or GA.

So essentially with PPS discount, we are just paying what we would be paying on CX or GA as a general customer.

I'm more surprised GA even has an inflight catalog.

Yeah I'm not surprised by this. Just more of SQ's overpriced catering to its upper-echelon clientele.

Yeah, surprisingly GA carries a good variety of items, although not as many as SQ/CX.

Yeah I try to avoid GA (or any other Indonesian-based airlines) like the plague unless I have no alternatives.

Now convincing my family to fly CGK-SIN-MES is another story altogether.

But going via SIN means you have to pay Rp. 1 million for Fiskal.

Ah fortunately my family doesn't have to worry about that. We just have to pay the US$15/25 and lose an additional page in our passport.

I have to admit though - despite the higher prices, the Krisshop magazine is presented and laid out in a more friendly format than most other airlines. Try navigating the TG magazine in comparison. That's what keeps me hooked (as well as the fact that since I'm not getting any change from my Vouchers, i might as well go over and top it up)

Same here, I didn't know GA has an inflight magazine
