  • KevSQ On LH

It's been a while since the last time i was on board a LH flight and decided to take this short little trip from BKK to KUL last 2 weeks ago for work. The flight was great (FS was really friendly) infact we chatted the whole journey

It was an early afternoon when i reached Suvarnabhumi airport at around 12.30pm (flight was at 3.05pm) and went to the VAT refund counter to claim my $$....then, straight on to the LH counter located at the right hand of the check in (G). The check in staff was kidda off new as she was asking the senior on the business class check in counter to assist her to check in (wonder do they really place a newbie to manage the 1st class check in counter?)

Here's the boarding pass - my seat 83A

As soon as i passed the imigration, went straight to TG first class lounge which was located next to the royal silk class lounge. Showed my boarding pass and was escorted by a ground staff to my table - which i took time to choose as the lounge was really empty. Ordered Tom Yam soup and Padthai (Thai fried glass noddle)

    Tom Yam...

    Padthai...

Kidda off like the fact that they decorate the rest area with unique decorations...

After an hour in the lounge, was rather early and took a slow walk to my gate D6...along the way saw SQ departing to S'pore after a transit from Narita...

Here's the LH 744 (star alliance legendary) taking me back to KUL

Once seated, to my surprise i was given a amneties (despite a short haul flight)

The inside of the amneties compartment shows a label stating "Lufthansa First Class" - sorry for the blurry pic

          Entertainment Mag...

          LH Mag..

          The seat info...

Just before take off, the FS came to my seat with a small tiny vase with a rose on it placing it beside the arm rest

          Then came the dinner menu...

Overall, it was a great & pleasant flight...i guess, for my opinion, i would give a 9/10 for the overall services provided by LH....

              Great day!! Happy viewing!

                Nice TR KevSQ!
We put labels on people and fight wars over them. If we truly want harmony, we have to get past the labels.

Where do you think the newbie should be working then? Economy class?

                      Thanks for sharing.

Just 1 point, I'm not sure if you comfortable with sharing your name for the world to see on your BP. If you are, that's fine.

Overall the product looks pretty good but somehow the seat looks small for a 1st class..

                        Love It

If GOD created me for only 1 reason. That reason would be to the love of my wife. If there was any other reasons involved, that would be for the love of Singapore Airlines

Pics can be deceiving - It's a very comfortable seat, albeit lacking a little in privacy.

Agreed that the seat is v comfy. For privacy I think the A340 cabin is the way to go as the seats are 1-2-1 on those planes.
