Would an award on SK via BD Diamond Club be e-ticket or paper?

For that itinerary, I'd be shocked if it isn't an e-ticket. Then again, I got a paper ticket for an award only a couple of months ago on Qantas flying a simple round trip between 2 hubs. No idea why it couldn't be e-ticketed.
