Hi everyone,
I have been looking throughout the ANA website to find the "ANA tool" to check on award availability. so far, i keep coming up empty. would anyone be able to post the link? thanks so much.

KVS *A Award Availability Tool Down?

Hello, I am trying to search award availability on KVS however get an error message showing "Initialization Error" "". I can search regular fare classes on KVS using Sabre or Galileo however get the above error searching *A award classes.

Is anyone else experiencing this as well?

KVS uses the ANA tool which is done until 01 April 2008.

Cool, thanks very much Singapore Air. I wanted to plan out several flight sectors however looks like I have to wait for a couple 3 more days.

ANA tool is back, and now I can specify SQ as my choice of airline

The ANA tool came back yesterday with a few enhancements - including specifying Airline. Also included late yesterday was inventory for TK which joined *A 1 April.
