PPS Value for JFK-FRA RTW Star 3

I just received PPS point calculation for a 2 Mar JFK-FRA sector. The fare basis is showing P. I thought I was ticketed as A. Is there a difference. I recevied 1762 PPS $ for the sector. Seems lower value than others on board @.52/mi.

Any thoughts.

Surely it depends on the origin of your RTW ?

I understand that fare paid is the key factor. I will see how the rest of the sectors work out. The fare paid (MNL based) was in the range of 8000 USD. (1111 SIN). Only two sectors (SFO-JFK and FRA-CDG) were non-SQ. Since this is my first trip under the new system I am just learning.

On a second question, the new program is purely SIN $ driven??? If I downgrade to business class for the SIN-Newark flight, on a A based fare, I should get the same cash value as A class.
