Crowne Plaza at SIN Terminal 3

Anyone have an idea when the Crowne Plaza at the new Terminal 3 in SIN will open?

I am transitting through SIN in May (arriving late in the evening) and leaving early the next day.

From what I've been told, if there's no glitch, 1 April would be the operational date. But even with delays, it would be a relatively safe bet for the hotel to be open by May.
