Krisflyer system malfunction?

Something must have gone awry with the KF computers, as I have received an offer for Krisflyer members. Have they changed the rules ?. Us lot over here aren't supposed to get anything like this.

It's for stays at J W Marriott's in the Asia Pacific region. You get a third night free if you book 2 nights or 50% off second night when you book 1 night, all at weekends.

Now, I could get sarcastic and point out that it's a bit silly for it to arrive on 15 December when the offer started on 1 December (this is something MH/Enrich specialise in...), even more so when I had a 2 night stay at the J W in Bangkok on 1 & 2 December. But it's better than nothing I suppose.

I got that too, but look in the fine print: there are blackout dates and a limited number of rooms eligible for this offer.

Just hope that your dates don't coincide with blackout dates, or with dates at which the eligible rooms have been snapped up.
