"Hundreds of Cathay Pacific flight attendants staged a protest Monday over a new company medical plan, while the threat of Christmas strike action has not been ruled out, unions said.
Around 500 cabin crew marched to the Hong Kong carrier's offices to protest the introduction of a new insurance policy, which will see them have to pay for doctors visits from next year
TK Lee, general secretary of the Cathay Pacific Airways flight attendants union, said leaders were now discussing their next step, but he would not rule out strike action.
Media reports have said unions could organise a concerted campaign over the Christmas period"
