Mileage credit on partners for R class

I was wondering if anyone is aware whether R class will earn more miles on all of SQ's partner. The question came to my mind, because I just went to the DL web paged and noticed that on DL F earns 150% while Suites earn 160%:

I would love it LH were to give 400% and BD 300%....

BD has to check with SQ whether R class is a valid class for mileage accrual.

BD has credited my R class SIN-SYD as 200% like an F class.
