Question on Photos of SQ221 Takeoff & Landing

Hi,

I was at the long stretch of road available to the public directly beside the runways of Terminal 2 a couple of days ago, around 8:30, waiting for SQ221 (A380). However, when I finally managed to catch the A380, there were, unfortunately, no cabin lights, only the tail lights and of course, wing lights.

I was wondering if there're any good spots which allow the public to get good photos of the A380 or even other planes. Could anyone provide me with info?

Its possible depending on how control tower decides which runway to use at that time
