      CHAMPAGNE
      Piper-Heidsieck Brut
      Piper-Heidsieck Brut is an award-winning champagne exceptionally famous for its well-balanced feel of freshness and liveliness, in addition to its light aromas of citrus fruits and spring flowers. The wine goes well from the appetizer to dessert.

      WHITE WINES
      Revelation Viognier Chardonnay 2006, France
      Pale yellow in colour, the vintage carried an impressive blend of aromas. The first nose is aromatic, thanks to the Viognier, which has dried apricots, bananas and pear notes. Then come the subtle floral notes from the Chardonnay with citrues hints, pineapple and a very little oak, followed by a long persistent fresh finish with fruity notes. Revelation Viognier Chardonnay 2006 is ideal to drink as an aperitif.

      Fetzer Valley Oaks Chardonnay 2005, California, USA
      Golden straw in colour, the vintage is crafted to be medium weight, with vanilla, baked apple and pear alongisde flvours of citrus and grapefruit. It features aromas of tropical fruit layered with lemongrass, lime, a touch of peach and some herbal notes. It is pleasant to drink this wine with salmon, shrimp, poultry and pasta dishes.

      Chateau De Caraguilhes 2003 Corbieres, France
      The Chateau de Caraguilhes 2003 Corbieres is a well-balanced wine offering a perfect harmony of tannins, fruit and woody aromas. It has an intense bright-red colour, promising good strength and concentration. The tannins are noticeable without being overpowering, ensuring a harmonious wine with fruity and woody undertones and an expressive finish.

      Crane Ridge Merlot 2004, USA
      With a smooth and tangy, balanced tannins, this vintage of Crane Ridge Merlot offers undertones of blackberry and vanilla complemented by a smoky finish from the oak ageing. Crane Ridge is an excellent example of Merlot - it shows off the best of the varietal's characteristics, with additional richness from the Cabernet Sauvignon component of the blend.

              XINJISHI
              Established in 1995, XinJiShi Restaurant is known for its traditional Shanghainese cuisine. Specialties include Grandmother Braised Pork in Brown Sauce, Dates stuffed with Glutinous Rice and Wok-fried River Shrimps.

              PALLADIO
              Named after renowned Italian architect Andrea Palladio (1508-1580), Palladio offers the finest Italian dining experience outside of Italy. The quality of the food centres around the selection of the freshest ingredients, Chef de Cuisine Giovanni Terracciano's signature dishes and new offerings celebrating seasonal changes. The restaurant received The America Academy of Hospitality Sciences "Five Star Diamond Award" from 2000-2004.
