KLM flying blue - Claiming unaccounted miles ?

Hey guys, I need help to claim a few thousand miles at Flying Blue.

A few of them comes from my Inflight shopping spree, during the checkout, I notified that I was a FB member, gave them my FB ID number, but it has never entered in to my FB. Only my flightlegs are counted for. Thanks in advance. Hope someone can help me.
