    Qantas pilots and engineer stood down after low-fuel flight error

    TWO Qantas pilots and an engineer have been stood down after they failed to report immediately a mistake that led to a low-fuel warning on a flight from Perth to Sydney.

    The article doesn't say flight engineer, it says engineer. Which is also likely since the aircraft involved is a 737-400.

        Incident has been confirmed as pilot error. Weather conditions were not taken into account.
