I flew EY in Y and it was an overall pleasant experience. I suppose flying them in the premium cabin could be even better
There's only One way to fly.... SINGAPORE AIRLINES!
If SQ is too expensive, the other way to fly is Qatar Airways

Looks much nicer than EK's CURRENT product.

Just when are they implementing the 340's???

These pictures look too nice to be real pictures. They look like computer graphics to me. Nevertheless, they do give an indication of how the cabins are like.

Does the first picture show a passenger lounge or something in the F side?

Yes, the window pax do have aisle access, from what i can see.

                    Look at this link:

Let's just assign our own seat numbers for the sake of the discussion.

1A window gets out from in front of 1B's foot rest
2A window gets out from the gap between the front of 2B's foot rest and 1B's hard shell.

That's for you to jump out from in case you're debating something with a fellow passenger and things start to get ugly.

Not bad indeed. Thanks for posting the other pic, SQfg. I hadn't realised that ALL seats are forward facing.

So the personal space is "T"-shaped, useful for placing your baggage etc.

Interesting to study the trade-off vs. SQ's layout.

SQ's is 1-2-1 layout, with less "pitch", vs this which is effectively 2-2-2, with significantly more "pitch" between rows.

Hopefully Etihad launches in SIN with some competitive J pricing, cos I would be eager to try this layout.

                          It's 2-4-2, not 2-2-2 on EY's 77W's

but worse, it's ALSO 2-4-2 on the narrower 330/345

I haven't tried it but a pain for me would be having to breakup (say) SIN-LHR into two halves - bang goes any chance of a decent night's sleep...
