Happy Birthday, Singapura! May you and your people (and airline!) continue to prosper.
I'll be in Singapore again on Saturday and it's a shame I'll miss the NDP by a few days. Since reading about it many years ago, I've always wanted to catch this musical song and dance and flag waving extravaganza!Comment

Singapore, my other home. Singapore has come a long way in the last 42 years and for the future, I think the last two lines of its anthem is apt. (I last sung it way back in 1988)...the last two lines of the anthem..."Majulah Singapura, Majulah Singapura".
