The Global Explorer and oneworld Explorer fares will have a rule change which is effective 01JUL2007.
For tickets issued before 01JUL2007, a maximum of 20 flight segments are allowed. For tickets issued on or after 01JUL2007, a maximum of 20 segments including both flight and surface segments will be allowed.
Those planning xGLOBx or xONEx itineraries are advised to issue their tickets before 01JUL2007 if they can.
Unfortunately for me I have to save up till September before issuing my ticket and so I'd need to re-adjust my plans....
