I'm looking for a RTW product that involves only SQ & UA, or SQ & UA plus one other (LX or LH). Is there such a product? (I recall having seen a list of various RTW alliances/combos a while back...)

I don't know of a specific SQ/UA one. There is one for SQ/NZ/VS/MI, which you may already know - www.thegreatescapade.com

Not all markets increased their *A RTW fares. Some didn't.
But the major ones did - (major as in where people went to take advantage of the lower fares when compared to their own)...eg CMB, BKK fares now higher than even ex-Japan!
Who would have thought!
