interesting concept but what if you were with your family, lets say mom has 3 kids how would she be able to keep a constant eye on them?

How is that even possible, people will probably feel uncomfortable if they were sitting facing the back of the plane!!

Sitting facing backward isn't itself a problem, if you have enough space and with a divider that works, i.e., BA Club World.

I think implementing the seating plan in the more dense seating of an economy class cabin will worsen the feeling of being impinged upon. I'm more in favor the staggered seating arrangement ("higher comfort" version, of course ).
