    I have been going through my menus over the Easter weekend and decided to share a few with you from airlines that are no longer with us. Here's a small selection.

    IHD-AKL, your Pan Am menu sure brings back memories of the 1 time I flew their 747SP on SIN-HKG and they served steak in Y
