    Cold-smoked turkey breast, Bresaola beef, Rembrandt and cheddar cheeses on a bed of lettuce with carrots, celery, and fresh fruit

    Frittata with cheese and zucchini, served with asparagus, roasted sweet pepper and a sun-dried tomato
