SQ ranked number 2

dont know if this was ever brought up but SQ is ranked 2nd in the world behind continental airlines. How come CX isnt on the list? Not good enough?

Now if my memory serves me correctly, last year SQ also ranked No.2 and Continental ranked No. 1 in the Airlines Industry category but in the total Top 50 companies, SQ ranked No. 19 while Continental did not even make the list of Top 50.... GO figure that!

I know Continental is one of the better US airlines but for it to rank better than SQ is just too US-centric. Not to mention that to rank American, United, Northwest, and Delta all in the top airlines while CX and QF did not even make it is definitely an insult to us who do travel and know how well we are treated by the US-based airline vs. the Asian / Oceania / EU based airlines. I guess Fortune 500 might have a different criteria to rate airlines and I bet one those criteria that adds a lot of points is "Chapter 11".
