decided to go to asia for work last minute and was booked on this flight. unfortunately i was not able to redeem my F or J class, so i'm flying in Y...

i have never flown with other fellow SQ fans before and it would be fun to get to know all of you prior to the flight. either i will take a flight from CGK (so connecting in SIN) or i check in in changi. have not decided yet.

No, not mafbar. It's the Leading Steward on my SQ11 LAX-NRT couple hours ago. He was more impressed with the F seats though. He said Ferragamo products are much appealing than the current PJs and kits.

I'm booked on SQ11-04 which will arrive SIN just a few hours after the departure of the inaugural flight, but I hope to get on SQ37-03 which would allow me to greet the intrepid travelers in the SKL before they depart.

I'm told by SQ Milan that the inaugural flight for the MXP-SIN-MXP on the B773ER will be 21 December 2006 which I'm booked on. 18K! When does it fly to CDG?

Thanks! Now I'm confused. Here's an extract from an email I received from SQ confirming my flight. I deliberately planned the flight so that I'd fly the B773ER - as Milan told me there was a delay from the original date (I have no idea what the original date was). If its flying out early I'm going to change my flight! lol!

"We confirm that starting from 21dec06 (inaugural flight) MXPSIN MXP flights will be operated by B777-300ER
