  • USA/UK - whole of December :D

    Hello all,

My end of year holiday beckons, as per the topic! I know there are quite a few of you based in those places so here goes...

    The itinerary:
    Chicago - 2-6 Dec
    Philly - 6-9 Dec
    NYC - 9-16 Dec
    Boston - 16-20 Dec
    DC - 20-24 Dec
London - 25-29 Dec (mainly a family thing though, but not entirely tragic as boxing day shopping with mum is involved )

So who's up for a beer* or four?

*Delete and replace with coffee for those so inclined.

    Ayes :
    - PhilH (London) [28 Dec] + lots of BAers

    Maybes:
    - cawhite (Chicago)
    - MovieMan (Chicago)

I've managed to turn the 28th Dec into a London mini-Do on the FT board. Details here:

Although I've put it on the BA board, all are welcome (SQ'ers particularly - although we're on different sides of the OW/*A fence, most of us BA regulars recognise a classy outfit when we see it and are always delighted if we find ourselves on SQ. Indeed in the past there was quite some linkage between the airlines, take the half-and-half painted Concorde for example!!)

Ooh, shame it's noth the 30th as it looks like we will be in the smoke that night prior to our TG flight to BKK the following day....

I'm still planning to be out of town the weekend of the 2nd. I'll also be out of town now on the 5th-6th (mostly for work reasons ). Might be around on the 4th. You may want to start a thread on FT to see if anyone is interested in lunch or dinner on any of the dates you're interested (you can always get a mod to change the thread title once you've confirmed date & venue). There's almost always at least a few people interested in getting together for lunch and/or dinner in Cgo

This isn't going to be a weekend which shows Chicago's best wx!

Eek - I'm in FRA now, hopefully the AA flight isn't cancelled.
